All staff, volunteers and tutors are trained in safeguarding and understand their responsibilities to act promptly on any concerns. Safeguarding procedures are followed in line with current statutory guidance and local authority expectations.

Safeguarding concerns can be raised by learners, parents/carers, staff or members of the public. All concerns are taken seriously and handled sensitively and confidentially.
External reporting
If a safeguarding concern cannot be raised internally, or if you feel it has not been appropriately addressed, concerns can also be raised with the relevant local authority or safeguarding partnership.
Pink Academy works closely with local safeguarding agencies and follows local safeguarding procedures where concerns meet statutory thresholds.
