Joanne co-founded Pink Beauty Academy with a vision of creating an inclusive training environment where every learner feels valued, supported and inspired.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Joanne has worked across the beauty industry before moving into education, where she discovered a passion for supporting young people who may struggle in mainstream education.

Her responsibilities include:

Philippa Womersely

Co-Founder | Lead IQA | Tutor & Assessor

Philippa co-founded Pink Beauty Academy alongside Joanne and plays a key role in maintaining the high standards of teaching and assessment throughout the academy.

As Lead Internal Quality Assurer, Philippa ensures every learner receives high-quality training, fair assessment and consistent support.

Her responsibilities include:
